The Power Quality Monitoring Device to be procured must meet the following minimum requirements:
IEC 61000-4-30 Class S compliant or better.
Three-phase, four-wire (Wye) configuration.
Capable of continuous unattended logging for up to 30 days.
Measurement of Line-to-Line voltages (L1-L2, L2-L3, L1-L3) with timestamps.
Measurement of Line-to-Neutral voltages (L1-N, L2-N, L3-N) with timestamps.
Time-stamped Sag/Swell event capture, with configurable threshold triggers (e.g., ±5% of nominal voltage).
Recording of minimum, maximum and average voltage over the monitoring period.
Frequency measurement covering 50/60 Hz.
Instantaneous/cycle-by-cycle sampling preferred, with 1-second RMS intervals acceptable.
Suitable for outdoor/construction-site deployment, with native IP65 rating or suitable weatherproof protection.
Voltage leads must be suitable for secure connection to terminal lugs/bus bars.
Equipment must have valid calibration certification within the previous 12 months.
Equipment should be commercially available through a reputable electrical test equipment supplier or regional equivalent.
