Enhancement layer: multi-layer high-strength polyester fiber woven layer (pressure bearing, deformation resistant)
Outer layer: weather resistant black EPDM rubber, wear-resistant and ozone aging resistant
2) Temperature performance (core):
Continuous long-term working temperature: -40 ℃ to+150 ℃
Short term instantaneous peak withstand temperature: 250 ℃ (marked as 250C on the pipe label)
Low temperature does not harden, high temperature does not bulge or delaminate, suitable for high-temperature hot air and compressed air transportation in oilfield equipment
3) Pressure parameters (industry standard for the same specifications):
Rated working pressure: 10 bar (1.0MPa)
Blasting pressure: ≥ 40 bar (safety factor 4 times)
Execution standards: GB/T 1186, EN ISO 2398 air hose standards
4) Physical characteristics:
Bending performance: Soft and rollable, with a minimum bending radius of ≥ 120mm
Media adaptation: Compressed air, hot air, inert gas, and a small amount of compressed air with oil; Resistant to weak acid and alkali, ozone, and outdoor aging
Not resistant to: strong aromatic solvents, concentrated strong acids
