1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not functioning as described.
  • The item received is incorrect or missing components.
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging (for non-defective returns).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized or special-order products
  • Items that have been used, installed, or damaged due to improper handling
  • Clearance or final-sale products

2. Return Request Timeframe

  • Defective / Incorrect Items: Within 7 days of receiving the goods
  • General Return: Within 14 days of receiving the goods

After these periods, returns may not be accepted.


3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone.
  2. Provide order number, product photos, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
  4. Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Returns sent without approval may not be processed.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued after:

  • The returned product is received, inspected, and confirmed to be eligible.

Refund methods:

  • Original payment method
  • Or store credit (if preferred)

Refund processing time:

  • Typically 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Defective / Incorrect Items: HDE123 will cover the return shipping cost.
  • General Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Shipping fees previously paid are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side.


6. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

  • We will send the replacement once the original item is returned and inspected.
  • For defective/incorrect items, replacement shipping is free.
  • For general exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment.
If the order has already shipped, it must be returned following the standard return procedure.
